Our client, a leading supplier of Audio Visual equipment to hotels and conference centres have an exciting opportunity for an experienced audio visual Technician to be based as an in-house Hotel AV Technician in the Meriden area (within commuting distant of Birmingham * Coventry). Your essential duties will include the day to day running, operation, logistics and support of all AV equipment throughout the hotel (Projectors, Laptops, OHPs`, PA systems etc). You will assist in the day to day operations and the AV logistics & co-ordinate within the building and offer support to the maintenance team when required. You will be responsible for the maintenance of all AV equipment, reporting all equipment malfunctions and inaccuracies. Full control and understanding of all systems is required and it will be your responsibility to maintain and organise an efficient office environment, making yourself accessible and available to those who require your assistance. To be considered for this role you must have a solid background in the support and setup of a broad range of Audio Visual equipment and associated accessories. The ability to work flexible hours and often anti-social hours is essential together with a full driving license.
